    The foods great, the staffs friendly and the service is fast. They only take cash or checks, not a horrible thing I just don't want anyone to get a surprise like I did just now when I tried to pay with my card. A lovely little business.

    Overall, I really like Fortune Cookie. It is a classic Chinese Restaurant with friendly employees and a good menu selection. It is kind of a small hole-in-the-wall place, but they have good, reasonably-priced Chinese food.

    Where is the menu? You don't accept debit/credit? I'm willing to bet they have an ATM onsite though. Why do you close so early? Better off going to China Buffet. I have never had any issues there.

    Every single time I call for delivery, I am told no or strongly discouraged. I’m told the wait time will be over an hour, and when I go to pick up my order instead, there’s no one in the restaurant. No reason delivery should take over an hour. Do not offer delivery if you are going to tell each customer no, or strongly discourage them from ordering. That’s not a good way to run a business. This is honestly the first review I’ve ever given any place, because I also work in a restaurant so most times I’m understanding about poor service. I’m just very frustrated at this point with Fortune Cookie and their lack of customer service. Stop offering delivery if you just don’t want to deliver.
